Incorrect data roaming charge

I received an incorrect data roaming charge on my bill for June 6th.  I live in a border city and was not in the US.  How do I get this charge reversed?

You need to contact Koodo.  You can send Koodo a private mesaage via facebook or twitter to get in contact with a rep to examine those charges.

 

In the future, please change your network settings to manual and manually select Koodo to prevent automatic roaming on a US tower

My facebook e-mail doesn't match my koodo account e-mail and I’m not on Twitter.  Are there any other options?

Your koodo do login does not need to match your account.  When you send a private message, Koodo will have a account confirmation screen where you can login there.  Same for any twitter account you create as well.  They do not need to match
