I switched my plan from the Talk and Text 25 to the Seasonal Hold because I am leaving for a one year school program. Checking my ebill, it says my account is credited $13 for the plan and charged $15 for the seasonal hold (end of August and September). However, it also says my account is $2 for the monthly plan, $26 for local airtime and $10 for data and other services. Why, if I was under a plan up until the Seasonal Hold kicked in, is my account being charged for services that were covered under my plan? As I am out of the country, I cannot call Koodo to resolve my problem.
