incomplete transaction

I am a monthly customer. I am in India for few months now. I tried to pay my bill but it showed incomplete credit card transaction, then I checked my credit online and its already been cut off. What should I do?

Hi Kathan, You should contact your credit card to see why it has been stopped and see if you are able to reinstate the card.

You can also set up a direct bank debit or use Western Union to make a payment.
