When is your due date? Call customer service *611 from your phone or 1-866-995-6636 from any phone and make some arrangements before too late.

My bill is due today, if i pay tomorrow will they charge a late fee?

It depends on multiple factors. If you receive another bill with a past due, call in to set up payment arrangements. This protects the account from suspension.
Will they shut it off without any warning?

I don't think it will shut off immediately. I missed my billing date once by 2 weeks and I just got another bill the next month with my previous bill added onto it. I'm not completely sure about your past credit and such but if you want a quick answer, emailing Koodo will be your fastest solution. They answer in 1 business day; however, I don't believe they will shut off your service just like that for missing 1 billing date.

Not right away. You would be charged a late fee. As long as you don't let it go too long, nothing bad will happen.

I still recommend calling in to set up an arrangement to be sure. *611.

Hey Stéphanie,
You can dial #123 (option 5) from your Koodo phone. This will allow you to make payment arrangements for up to 5 days before bill cycle due date. Keep in mind that this service is only offered for customers that are eligible for payment arrangements based on credit criteria.

Hope this helps.

Thanks!
