Solved

I was wondering if I can pay for the bill on one phone with a different credit card but still be linked to the other 2 phones.

I currently have 3 phones on my account. Myself, my husband and my daughter. My daughter is now working and can pay for her own phone usage but we would like to keep the service of being able to call between us free. Can we use her credit card for preauthorized payments of her phone but still have the phone linked on my account?

You should be able to. Go to your self serve account and change the credit card number on file to her credit card number

Jane, I believe you have the choice to pay with 1 CC for the whole account right? This is why you're asking how to set-up her own CC for her part of the costs. I don't know how this works. If you don't have the choice to put a diffrent CC on her account, then I'd give Koodo a call becasue it is beyond my knowledge. Plase keep us posted

There isn't a way to systematically do that, the system only accepts ONE credit card for the entire amount. You can change credit card number, that ability is in everyone's self serve account

How about she pays her portion by online banking? And You and your husband's portion pay by cc or online banking manually. Page 3 on E-bill show you "Summary of charges by user", so she will know how much she have to pay each month (in case she went over her usage)
Don't pay through online banking, that's a big mistake. You're not getting any rewards, you're probably paying fees and your money is gone as soon as you pay it whereas with a credit card, you have at least 21 days to give your money. On the day your bill is due, go to Koodo self-serve, or call 611, pay your portion with your credit card, tell her to pay her portion with her credit card. Self-serve and 611 will let you choose how much you want to pay.
I'm also trying to setup a way through the Self Serve Preauthorization Payment to get 2 credit cards under the same account. Is this not possible? EDIT: Nevermind, I see that Sheila has answered that question, but I would still like to hear if there is another solution aside from Mayumi's.

Might your daughter set up a recurring e-transfer from her account to yours for the base amount, and you sort out overages as necessary? You continue to pay with your CC, and she repays you in a timely manner.
