I was never sent my first two bills and now I received a bill with late fees...


How do I dispute that? I had no idea what to pay or how to pay before I received my first bill as there was no information provided to me when I signed up in store.

@larrylarry The first notification you were sent was the 29th of November. We are ebill only as the others mentioned it above. You have had your online account set up which gave you access to all your account details. If there are any additional amounts outstanding for the phone you purchased there maybe one more bill coming, also via email. Pls check your inbox for the next couple of weeks.

How did you receive the recent bill? and why the previous bill wasn't notified to you similarly? Koodo is using ebill, you would have to check your bill in selfservice to make sure if everything was properly charged. https://www.koodomobile.com/help/how-pay-your-bill

You could send message to their facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) or setup a callback through their digital assistant to contact Koodo directly about billing.
i asked for it in a paper form when i signed up.. i got my first bill yesterday

Koodo doesn't do paper billing anymore. Only E bills. You should've received a text and/or an email that you have a bill to be paid.

Well I never received either within the first 2 months of my plan. When I realized I had no idea how to pay and for some reason Koodo would charge me to call them, I just ported to Fido.

Koodo only charges you when you have them do something with your account that you could've done yourself online. They would not have charged you for asking how to pay your bill.

In addition, even after porting to Fido, you will still have to figure out how to pay the bill for the time you were with Koodo.
