I was charged the full amount for a plan I was on for less than a week plus the full amount for the plan I am on now.


I was charged the full amount for a plan I was on for less than a week plus the full amount for the plan I am on now. When can I expect an adjustment?

I am a new customer and received my first bill. I was on a basic plan for less than a week and when I ported my number over, I changed to a different plan. On my bill its is charging me the full amount for my current plan plus the monthly tab amount (which is correct). The problem is that I am also being charged the full amount for the first plan I was on even though I was only on that plan for less than a week.
Shouldn't the amount owing for the first plan be prorated for the amount of days I was on it? If so when will this occur? If I pay the entire amount that my bill says I owe, will I recieve  credit on my next bill?

Please advise.
