I WANT TO PAY MY BILL


As of Aug. 14, 2013 according to my account in Self Serve when I "View my E-Bill it shows that I owe $26.25 which I believe is right, but when go to Billing Overview or attempt to make a credit card payment it shows $0.00. My question is: has some kindly soul within Koodo paid my bill for me OR is your system screwed up. Fred

You'll need to call customer service to confirm the actual balance due. This is a customer driven forum and nobody here can see your account.
