I've already canceled my koodo cellphone. How can I pay my bill? Can I receive everything to pay by email? How to do to ask this?

You can still log into self-serve and view your ebills even after your account has been cancelled.

What is the invoice date?Maybe the invoice is still generating?Are you getting an error message?

I've already paid my January bill (in Feb) and it continues to appear as unpaid. And I can't see my last bill (March bill). My cellphone isn't working since March 31.

If it is not shown as paid then you need to call Koodo to see what happened to the payment
