I tried using your mobile app to pay my phone bill, but it won't accept my debit card


I have paid the bill using online banking instead, but you won't receive the payment until 2 or 3 days time. Can you please waive any late fees associated with this payment, given that I was unaware that debit cards were not accepted by koodo?

If the payment was made from the banking site on time any late fees will be automatically waived, even if the payment actually posts after the due date.

Does any cellphone company accept debit card payments? I'm just curious. And no, I'm not talking about pre-authorized debit.

I'm not 100% sure but I think I saw some kind of ATM like kiosk in the bell store in my local mall that allowed debit payments... but didn't go in to actually investigate.

Yes they do, you just need to setup Koodo on your online banking account or at your branch. You pay with your account more than with your debit card...
