I received a credit on my account but the amount is incorrect

I talked to customer service today and it was agreed I would receive a $50 credit for a phone that I had cancelled last month.  I just received an email that $8.50 was credited to my account???

How was your tab balance affected?
Maybe they credited that instead.

If you're certain that the credit was incorrect then you have to call back in unfortunately.

Best thing would be to wait until your next bill is actually issued to see if the full credit was applied. Then at that point, if there are still issues, I'd call customer service back
