I paid the wrong account number, what do I do?

I paid for my monthly bill with my bank account.
But!! I insert wrong account number.

so, my balance is still left. How can I do?
May be I have to visit koodo shop..... right?

Check your bank account first if the money was withdrawn at all. If not, then just reset the account number on your bank account. There is no pint to go to a koodo shop. This has to be fixed on your bank's side.

Give Koodo a call to settle things and give you instruction. This will make sure your money gets returned and you can pay it again or they can route it to your account
