I paid over 20 days ago, but payment still not recognized. Phone wrongly disconnected.


My bank records show that my bill was paid on the 2nd of this month, but my Koodo profile says I owe money and does not recognize that payment. I'm only realizing this error now because my cell has just been "disconnected". Am I out of luck until business hours tomorrow?

They close 9pm local time today. Maybe you entered the wrong account number for payment?
