I OWE 572$???!!


I wasn't able to pay my phone bill for the past 2 months. Instead of being charged the monthly 34$ though, they charged me 200$. Can anyone explain why?

Check page 3 of your bills on Self Serve. They will explain what happened. Could have been data left on, long distance, but in the end we can't access your account here. If you want to discuss your bill and what happened, then call customer service at 1-866-995-6636. It's free.
