Maybe you can give more information so people here have a chance to help you. Look at page 3 of your PDF bill or post a pic of it(minus any personal info).

They wont call you back unless you schedule a callback through the digital assistant.

Your detailed pdf bill with explanation of all your charges can be found in your Self Serve account. Have you logged into your self serve account before?
