So from $40 to $42 is $2 difference. If you changed it today(25th), you were on $40 for 3days :Jan22-Jan24. You will be on $42 for 28days( rest of the billing cycle) - Jan 25 - Feb21 $2 / 31days = 0.065 /day x 28days = $1.82 need to bee add. $42 + $1.82 = $43.82 plus tax will be your bill. This is just my calculation... It could be little more .
thanks so much, but i still have a problem, i already paid old plan for this term.(Jan 22- Feb 21), which is 40 dollars+tax, but the online system shows i am using thee new plan now (42 dollars one). so When Feb 21 is coming, how much extra will koodo charge me for using the new plan from Jan.25-Feb.21( new plan provides more data). I am so confused.

$1.82 needs to be added. [ $2 / 31days = 0.065 /day x 28days] Let's think this way... If you changed your plan on Jan 22nd, you simply add $2 to your old $40 plan. But you changed it on 25th, You don't need add full $2 it is only 28days of 31days. It is hard to explain ( English is my 2nd language 🙂 ) ADD : Also there might be overage charges if you used more talk time than allotted minutes.
