I'm new, please help!


I got a text from Koodo saying my e-bill was ready and that I should pay before Aug 6. I checked self serve and I don't see anything, basically it's blank. Should I be getting worried?

If you got the notification and self serve does not show your ebill then I would call Koodo to get that fixed 1-866-995-6636

Yeah for me it often takes up to 3 days before it shows up online after getting the e-bill notification, nothing to be worried about.

John is right, for some stupid reason they send the notification before the bill is available in self serve.
