i have requested change of address last month, but it is not changed till now.i have a huge bill and not bale to understand

You should be able to change your address via self serve. Not sure how this would impact your bill since the bills are generally sent via Email.

@ Abraham, your bill is high because you keep exceeding the allotted minutes in your plan every month. I see that you changed to an unlimited minutes plan so going forward you should be fine on that front. Just like Chad mentioned above, you can change your address online for free or we can do it for you for a $10 service fee.  
I have a problem with online change your address it sends me to change my password area only. No address change
