Are you still a Koodo customer? Have you logged into your Self Serve account to review your bills?

I'm pretty sure it is either an address issue or ebill...

Are you signed up for ebill?If you are you will not be sent a paper bill in the mail. Otherwise if you are signed up for paper bill you'd have to contact Koodo to verify your address.
