I have closed my account and have found out I have a credit balance. How do I go about getting back this money.


After contacting Koodo to get a final balance on my account and paying it in full, Koodo has sent me a ebill this month and I have a credit balance. How do I go about getting this refunded to me?

So let me see if I understand this correctly. You cancelled your account, paid off your outstanding airtime balance and your tab, and now you received an ebill with a credit balance. Is it a positive tab balance, or did you accidently pay more than you were supposed to?
It was not a tan issue and I paid the proper amount.

interesting. I would call Koodo Customer Service at 1-866-995-6636 and discuss with them so they can look into your account.
