I have been charged for talking to a number that I don't know!


So the last bill I just paid was 106$ and my regular monthly bill is 22$... I realize that I went over my minutes but there is an unknown number that has taken up most of the minutes. All of the calls from this number were incoming and I did not talk to this number but my bill states that I talked to the number multiple times. I tried to reverse look up the number and it says it's a magic jack number? Who can I talk to or how can I get this sorted out. 106$ is ridiculous!

Best thing to do is contact customer support and tell them ur situation, koodo has the best customer support so they probably will help reduce that balance, try it out and lemme know how it goes 🙂
