I have been charged extra for local airtime minutes... I want to stop any additional charges on my bill please


My employees use the phone and I phoned before to make sure i don't get extra charges, yet i been charged for local airtime...

Have you reviewed your PDF bill, downloaded from Self-serve? Unless you have an older plan, and limited minutes, you should not have any extra charges. Koodo does not stop consumption of minutes, so if you have a minutes-limited plan, it is possible to go over your allotment, and be billed for the excess. If you are not in control of your phone, and are letting employees use it to transact business, then you should insure against talk-time overages by the purchase of an unlimited minutes plan. The additional cost is usually far less expensive than paying overage rates for additional minutes on a plan.

Your other option is to go with a prepaid plan which will cut off the call when the minutes expire. Possibly not the best way to treat your customers.

Then there should be no overage of minutes. Can you share a photo of the bill showing the additional charges (with personal info blocked out), so we can better help you?

Ryan, there is no overage for minute on your invoice. You are indeed on an unlimited min plan. There is however call forwarding charges. Please see the details of your bills. Page 5. You may want to take an add-on for $3 a month if this is going to continue.  Also, please keep in mind we are a consumer only brand and service. That paper bill will also be gone very soon for the remaining few customers who still has it.
