i have a credit how do i get it back

Hi Ron, Care to elaborate on this credit you received?

If it's a bill credit, it will be applied to your next bill. If you no longer have an account, you have to call into Koodo to request the refund of the credit balance. If you're still a current customer, the credit is just applied to the next bill and you can't get it refunded to you as a cash/cheque payment. 

Any other kind of credit, you can't have that 'returned to you'.
