I had complained here in this community of having experiencing network issue at L7A3G5

I complained about network issues in this community. Everything seemed okay but still network kept dropping. This was never there and I haven't changed my address either. I am experiencing this problem outdoor as well. I even talked to customer care and they suggested me to visit the store to change the SIM card. Today I went to do so and I have been charged$10+taxes! May I know why should I pay for this when I was never at fault? I always paid my bills in time. Now I am considering the cancellation of my plan. Please resolve this issue. Thanks!

Sim cards are subject to wear and occasionally they fail. Sim cards aren't free so if you need another card you must pay for it. Did changing the sim card fix your problem?
No, I haven't yet. I think I will return and cancel the connection. If the SIM card wears off in three months usage and I have to pay for that, it's ridiculous. I think I need a better provider.

You have a phone you didn't buy from us. When you called we did best to help. Things didn't improve so suggestion was that SIM maybe the issue. I don't know if that will fix things, after all it could the challenge is with your phone itself.

I said this umpteen times but I don't mind saying again. The problem never arose in three months of usage. And it's perfectly fine with other SIM cards. When you don't have a solution, please don't pass the buck.

Other SIM cards? What do you mean?

Rogers SIM card I tried just to ensure my phone is okay and it's working fine. That's how I was asked to change the SIM at counter and I got charged. This is purely unprofessional and not at all customer friendly.

I don't disagree. We don't deserve you as a customer if we can't fix your issue. If Rogers' SIM works for you, as I much as it pains me to see you leave, we wouldn't blame you at all if you did that. :-(

When I was misguided in this very forum, I even checked on Koodo website to see if my phone is compatible. And I wasn't surprised to see it is very much compatible. I was harassed and then got charged for an SIM replacement! I couldn't use my phone properly for last few days, my usage report shows that. I hope I get my money back.

Not sure what more I could tell you Supriya. Looking at your account data was indeed used. Even today. Over fifty mb of usage.

I'm surprised to know that you are still in denial. Thanks for looking into my usage. Then you must have noticed that only 265MB out 2GB data has been used in 17 days. And talk time used is only 384 minutes when it's unlimited. I never said said it's always unavailable, but it's almost never there when I need it. Today I missed an important conference call for this stupid issue. It's literally a shame how you're judging the issue. Goodnight!
