I got charged over 200 dollars.

I’ve got a cellphone bill with more than 200 dollars for the this month.

My plan is $48+tax.

I don’t understand why it is so expensive only for the this month. 

Because most of the time I used to get incoming calls .

I had no idea that I got charged the phone bill just to take the phone call.

I would like you to figure this out of me.

So you have viewed your detailed pdf ebill on self serve and see overage MInutes charged since you thought incoming calls were included?

Incoming calls and outgoing calls both consume your minutes. If you are on a limited minutes plan, and went over your allotted minutes, you would be charged for the overage of minutes. Koodo has a $2 unlimited minutes option, or you can change your plan to one with unlimited minutes. You can text MOREMIN to 7780 for the $2 plan addition.
