I got a paper bill when I am signed up for E-bill???


When I first activated my phone with koodo, I chose to get a monthly E-bill. But then today I got a paper bill and I was like, "WHAT THE HECK?!" I see no paper bill fee but if I wanted it printed I would have printed it myself. Why is this? Help :S

Check your self serve under Billing and make sure you are checked to get a ebill. Then you can wait one more month to see if it happens again or you can just call koodo now (*611 on your koodo cell - it's a free call) and let them know what's going on

Everyone gets their first bill on paper. No fee for that. If you are signed up for e-bill it will stop the second month.
