I dont want to be charged for not paying

I put my account into auto debit, but why is it they did not deduct my monthly bill on my registered bank account...Im already past due date!!!

I would call the bank to see why the payment didn't come out or i would call koodo themselves customer service will help you they are awesome people to talk too as well. I had the same problem once and they took care of it right away.

When did you register the bank account? Pre-authorized payments won't process in the same billing cycle in which they're set up, so if you only did so this cycle they wouldn't start until the next one.
