I don t understand my bill

I'm not use data and sns and airtime :(

I'm just use wifi and short messege. 

But Koodo request charge more money.

First bill too.

I'm really angry.

I want call back Koodo for me!!!!!!!

What did they charge you with? Can you provide us with a screenshot of the bill? Make sure to remove any personal details, as this is a public forum.

@Donghoe kim It does appear that data indeed has been used for 2 consecutive months. Pls bear in mind that phones do use dat for backups, app updates. If you will never need data you may want to purchase our data block feature online for $3 a month.  That will guarantee no future data charges.
