I don't have enough money in my account for Prepaid?

My mother is on Koodo Prepaid and she recently put $15 on her balance. Later she received a text message from Koodo (611) saying that her base plan will renew in 3 days and the amount will be deducted from her account balance. Okay. Work's done. But then just now, we received a text message from Koodo (611) saying that we do not have enough money in our account to renew our plan. It says if I do not top off my account in the next 2 days, my service will be disrupted. I don't understand. There is $15 on her account balance. The base plan is $15 a month. Do I just ignore this text? Why was this text sent to her in the first place then? Thanks.

Hi John, it’s hard to say without checking your mother’s account. I suggest that you or your mother contact us at *611 from the cell or 1-866-995-6636, option #4. We’ll be able to have a look at it 🙂
