I didn’t get bill statement after i closed my account

I didn’t get bill statement after i closed my account.
I closed it on Nov 29. I have checked my account and it says i don’t have any balance owing. But when i check billing details, it shows i have negative balance. I’m out of Canada so i can’t call customer service.

Is is the balance today? Normally the final pdf bill (download pdf bill) would have the detail for you. If you didn't see it, you might want to wait for a few days.

Regarding the balance, it is a credit amount. You don't owe Koodo if the balance is negative. You can request a refund using this form https://www.koodomobile.com/refundrequest

Doesn't it Say Download Bill (pdf) right there under Your Current Bill.
