I did not receive my E.bill


I got a new koodo phone number on Aug 13.The last E-bill is supposed to reach me on Aug16, but I haven't received any billing information now.

It takes about 3 business days from the end of the billing cycle to receive the e-bill.if your billing cycle ended on the 16th it hasn't even been one business day yet.
