I changed my plan on last month. But, Same bill !!! this month. Why pay more???

I changed my plan on September 28 from 60 dollars/month to 40 dollars/month. By the way, I was charged the same as last month. From September 26 to October 25, why pay more?

If you changed your plan on the 28, and your bill was generated based on a plan starting on the 26, then the bill has no chance to recognize the change you made. The adjustments will show in your next bill. You will be rebated a partial month, and billed for the new period with your October bill.
