I cannot add a plan now.


I put my phone on hold month ago, and what am I supposed to do if I need my service right now. I cannot add a plan during a bill cycling, but I really need my service.

Oh you should be able to reactive it in self service - if you can't due to system errors, call Koodo from another phone and they'll be able to assist you 🙂 You can reach Customer Service at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or 647-788-4337. Hours of Operation Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm Saturday: 9am - 7pm Sunday: 9am - 7pm
