I cancelled the Koodo mobile. I am already out of the country and will be for 3 months.
Since I am not in Canada and already moved out from my old address, I want my sister to take care of my bills and cheques.
Therefore, I tried to change my old address to my sister's with self-serve but it didn't work.
I guess it's because I cancelled the Koodo service.
I want to keep my bills and cheques whether it's overpaid or underpaid.
I knew changing address with self-serve is for free, but Koodo charges if they do it for me.
What should I do?
