I cancelled my plan within 2 weeks of my purchase, but my bill says i owe $82. How do i find out what i actually owe?

Hey Brad: Give Koodo Customer Service a call at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or 647-788-4337. Once they confirm you've brought the phone back, customer service can bring up the total for you!

Why would he have to call? Of you used the phone you are still responsible for paying the bill. If he didn't than I get it. Returning a phone within the 14 day period doesn't absolve anyone from skipping a bill.:-)
I think you will have to pay part of it for the days you used, but this amount should be prorated, thus lowering your amount due.

If he used data and went over he will have to pay the full amount on the overage. That won't be prorated.
