I canceled it, but the fee is coming and I keep getting errors.

I canceled Kudo in August.

I'm getting emails to keep paying.

When I try to pay, I keep getting an error and I can't pay

What should I do?
Do I still have money left to pay?
I still can't pay.

If you could not access your self-serve to check the bill, you need to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to assist you. I would suggest you chat with  a social media rep via Facebook messaging https://www.facebook.com/Koodo
