I can't contact Koodo about my bill

 I keep getting an email about owing money and I want to pay, however because of Covid I have no income and my bill is about to be shoved into collections. (Yay for me.)

 I can’t get a callback without access to a phone. So I have no idea how I can talk to a rep unless it’s by email.

You can send koodo a private message via Facebook or Twitter. 

 

You can also set payment arrangements in self serve when you click to pay your bill

Or you can schedule a callback via the assistant so you can discuss about any billing inquiries.

 I would have… if I had access to a phone… you must have missed that part.

 I can’t get a callback without access to a phone.

Either way, I got in contact with them via Facebook.
