Could you please post a screenshot? Without any personal information, of course.
Not able to get a screen shot. The background on my Us And international usage section on my Koodo Self serve is All red. It shows 0/0 and a (!) On the left of each. What does ot mean?

May I ask where have you traveled in the last month or so Linda? Outside of Canada that is.

Koodo recently started displaying the amount of usage you did while outside of the country. I agree, they picked a bad color for it since now it just looks like your over and naturally red makes us panic a bit. I don't quite get why they have to make it visible if it's all at 0 though...

Definitely RED is the WRONG colour. Don' these designers or the folks in charge realize that we are conditioned from an early age that green = go, red = STOPalready! yellow/orange = better watch out, something in between. The screaming exclamation symbol is also uncalled for. Just plain grey would be fine as most people will have zero values anyway.

My Chevy Venture van has a witness light on the transmission selector that is ORANGE. After 10 years, it still catches the corner of my eye and causes needless stress because nothing on a normal dashboard should be that colour.
I haven't travelled anywhere .

Linda, it is displayed even though you never used any of it.
