How are you trying to pay and whats going on exactly when you try to pay? Is it an error message? Or?

Or you can make payment through online banking if you set up/add  "Koodo" as payee on your online banking.

Or  call *611 from your Koodo phone (option 3)  to make one-time credit card payment
