How to extend promotion charge for wireless home phone?

I telling you, it is very hard for me to find the answer for my issue.
Ordered a wireless home phone as a backup for any emergencies and got 1 year promotion from Koodo for about 6 bucks a month. Now the year gone and I got my first bill for $22.50. It will not worth to pay that much for me. Please let me know how to cancel the service or if it would be possible to extend the promotion for one more year?

The promo was a limited time offer so it won't be extended you'll have to call customer service to cancel the service

You can either cancel your service (need to call Koodo), or port your number to another service that offers the same discount for a year, then port to yet another company, etc...

Because this promo was valid for one year, you won't be able to extend this one I'm afraid!
