How to deal with Transaction Incomplete?


There is a question here. I am going to pay my balance of this month with my credit card. However, after I filled into my credit information and make a payment. It says "Transaction Incomplete. Reasons may include your card billing address not matching your account address, your last name not matching the last name on your account, or use of a credit card issued by a non-Canadian financial institution." But I checked they are the same address. Is there customer service for me to deal with it? Thanks
