Koodo set me up for pre-authorized payments without my consent how do I turn it off?

You have to call in to stop pre-authroized payments.
*611 from your Koodo phone, option 5 for customer service.

I'm puzzled how this is possible Jessica. You haven't talked to us, but the date of the setup online is the same as when you made a payment. Is it possible that you may have clicked on the preauth button on your account by accident?
