How to Cancel Service?


I have moved out of the country to the Middle East. Have emailed Koodo 3 times requesting that my monthly plan be cancelled and that I receive confirmation of same. Account continues to be active as another billing date approaches. How do I get this resolved?

Hey there Danny to cancel services you do need to call in to customer service and speak with them directly You can reach Customer Service at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or 647-788-4337.

When did you cancel your account? Have you receive a final bill? What kind of confirmation did you receive? Cancelations are set for the end of your billing cycle. So whenever the last day of your billing cycle is when your service will stop.
