How many times a user can change his/her phone number?

I know user can change phone number once in a billing cycle. Is there a limit, how many maximum number of times, user can change phone number? It is not documented, that user gets how many changes allowed during his/her term. I am curious to know if there is any catch. Also does changing phone number frequently affect you in any way?

If you do it on Self Serve you are limited to making one phone number change per billing cycle, remember to retrieve your messages on the voice mail since this one will be reseted. You will see proration on your bill ( on your bill you will see the 2 numbers, the old one and the new one), there are other implications if the phone is CDMA so it will need reprogramming, etc. If you really need to change it, well, you can If you call customer service to do the change, a fee will apply

I mean if frequently changing the number will affect my koodo account. Or koodo has any objection me changing 4 times a year.

Omg, wow. You are totally ignoring the question. I would hate to have to deal with you on a customer/rep level. You would make me scream. Her question was: "I know user can change phone number once in a billing cycle. Is there a limit, how many maximum number of times, user can change phone number?" This was her question. Not only did you not answer it, but you completely avoided it. Honestly, if you can't be bothered to answer the question that was asked, then why answer in the first place? You're just going to cause aggrovations.

I second that in alot of cases, it's like they're getting the answers out of a book or online that is the closest to the actual topic because it keeps happening over and over, not just once.

PD, if Koodo is anything like Telus, as long as you change within the rules (which have been well explained by now, lol) you shouldn't get any fuss from them. I changed quite a few times until I really found a number I liked, and there was no problem at all. I would imagine Koodo works the same! Not sure if that'll help, but I hope so 🙂
