I just ordered a phone from Koodo. I am currently with Telus. My current plan with Telus is paid until August 28th. When I get my phone how long can I wait to activate it before I start getting charged?
They will ship you a phone/SIM activated. So, as soon as you received it, then you can start using your phone/service.
And if you want to port/transfer your phone number from Telus, then you can do it through self serve too. They need active account, so do not cancel telus’s service until porting is done.
