Hi Sukh,

One should of been automatically created for you when you signed up. Check your email and make sure you havn't seen anything in it. Make sure to verify your junk folder as well. If you havn't received anything, use this link to create an account.

He has an email address registered already Mathieu and an email sent from us.  If he goes ahead and registers again the account will be locked. :-(

Maybe instead of locking the account, the system should inform the user that email has already been registered for an account.  Try to login or choose forgot your password.

This will prevent unnecessary calls and reduce customer frustration

I should have been a little more precise in choosing words....the account is not locked but will create a conflict for the user as system thinks this is another user. So it tells customer that they need to be approved by the original registrant. End result is the same. Non functional online account. 😞

So then the system should not allow an account to be created if a duplicate exists.  An automated error-prevention would save a lot of headaches
