how do i see my bill through self serve?


I signed up for self serve but the only options available are to update my email or profile. can't view my current plan or bill at all.

For some reason the profile was set up incorrectly for you to view the bill details. Simple solution: Call Koodo and have them set you up with a new profile labelled as ACCOUNT OWNER. As of right now, your Self Serve profile is set up as ACCOUNT MANAGER. *611 from your Koodo phone or 1-866-995-6636 Hours of Operation Monday – Friday: 10am - 9pm Saturday: 9am - 7pm Sunday: 9am - 7pm
