You don't. You get their notifications text or email and you log into your account to see your bill

How do get the email notification then?

Hello Hugh

Actually there's still the option to receive your bill at home. With the new site, the acess is kinda hidden and very difficult. I sped myself 5-10 minutes untill I found it. Here's how to do

You need to log in on [b]Self Serve > Billing. Once you're on billing, scroll down untill you see <<Can’t find what you’re looking for? Try one of these links:>>. There you will have :[b] Billing adress; click on it. It will get you on the old site where you would see : [b]Change bill type/notification

Once there you will have diffrent options. One of which will be to send the bill home. Keep in mind that it will cost you 2-3$ per month. I don't remember.

Have a nice day. If you can't find it, chime in here and ask once more for help. I'll post some pictures

Its been said before in this thread, you CANT have your ebill emailed to you. Its only a notification. Which you can manage your notifications via self-serve. Its very simple, Lisette 🙂!

I don't need the bill emailed to me - I need the notification with a link to the bill emailed to me. How do I get that? Text billing notification is of no use to me as it does not allow me to print the bill.

I get nothing telling me my bill is due!!! This is annoying to say the least. We are encouraged to go paperless but they make it almost impossible and I cannot get a real person on the phone!!!!

So here's a laugh ... by responding above, I received an automatic no-reply email saying I had earned 75 points! 75 points for what, I don't know. What I do know is that I would like to get a meaningful response to my question. The 75 points just pissed me off more!

You can select a notification preference when you set up e-billing for email or text. I am not personally aware of whether or not th email itself will have a URL for your e-bill bu all you need to do upon receiving the notification is to go to self-serve either via your browser or app to view and pay the bill. Is it really that big of a deal if there is no link provided to self-serve billing within the email itself? You get points for forum activity. Wanda this link will show you how to setup e-billing and choose how you wish to be notified: http://help.koodomobile.com/my-bill/e-bill/what-is-e-bill-and-how-do-i-sign-up-for-it

It's more convoluted than it would have been 10 months ago, but here's EXACTLY how to do it:
Sign into self serve.
Click the link for the billing page.
Click the link at the bottom of the page that says "view transaction history"
Click on "change bill type/notifications"
Check the box next to "email notifications"
Click the button that says "confirm changes"
Next time, if you don't get an answer to your question within a day or two, assume that it got missed and either bump it or post it again rather than stewing over it for the better part of a year.
