How come I cannot access my bills to make a payment?


I have cancelled my account last week, and was told that November 7 (today) was when I can pay off the tab balance. I logged into my account and do not see anything that allows me to pay.

One option would be to pay the tab balance through online banking, get the confirmation of payment code, then call Koodo and pass the information along to a rep in the billing department.
Victor remember that you have a billing cycle date, so if your billing cycle closes on the 7th the bill would not be ready for view or payment b/c your account is at $0. The TAB will come in on the BILL not separate.

The bill for 11/07 will not be ready to view until the middle of next week, the latest
