How can I pay my last billing when my koodo number is in inactive status? Is there a representative that I can talk to?


I stopped my koodo number last month, but I didn't pay the billing for the last month. Currently I cannot log into my on-line account, and I cannot receive my paper billing because I move to a different city. I try the koodo customer service line, but failed to find a way to pay the bill.

Hi Heng, Your best bet would be to contact koodo using the toll-free number: 1 (866) 995-6636, explain your situation. They will be able to find your account using personal information they will ask you for and help you make your final payment. Hope this helps!

Thank you. I called the number and tried to reach a representative and explain the situation, but from the self-service I cannot find the option to reach a representative. Do you know how to do that? Thanks.

Hitting 1 then 0 a few times should get you speaking to someone
